This policy explains what information IROS Systems LLC ("IROS Systems," "we," "us") collects when you visit irossystems.com, submit the interest form, or receive text messages connected to our platform — how we use that information, and the choices you have. We keep this short and plain because that's how we'd want it explained to us.
What we collect
The only information you actively provide on this site is the email address you enter in the interest form, along with a note of which page it came from. We do not ask for, or require, any other personal information to use this site.
Separately, if you receive text messages through a business that uses IROS, we process the mobile phone number and the opt-in and consent record that the business collected from you, so we can deliver those messages on the business's behalf (see "Text messaging" below).
Like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically log standard technical data — such as IP address, browser type, and the pages visited — for security and basic operational analytics. This is routine server information, not something you submit.
How we use it
We use the email address you submit for one purpose: to respond to your interest in IROS — to contact you about how IROS could help recover revenue for your business. If we ever want to use it for anything beyond that, we'll ask you first.
- We do not sell, rent, or trade your information to third parties.
- We do not add you to a marketing list without your consent.
- We only share information with service providers that help us operate (for example, the form-handling, messaging, and email tools we use to receive and reply to your message or deliver texts), and only to the extent needed to do so.
Text messaging (SMS)
IROS Systems operates SMS (text message) programs on behalf of the local service businesses that use our platform. If you receive text messages connected to IROS, it is because you opted in with one of those businesses — for example, by providing your mobile number and agreeing to receive texts on an intake, registration, or sign-up form.
These messages may include appointment reminders and confirmations, recall or re-care notices, service and treatment follow-ups, and related account or service notifications. Message frequency varies based on your activity with the business. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.
No mobile information — including your phone number and your text-messaging opt-in and consent — is shared with, or sold to, third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. This information is used only to deliver the messaging program you opted into, together with the messaging and communication providers that help us send those messages on the business's behalf, and only to the extent needed to do so.
How it's stored
Submissions and messaging records are processed through reputable third-party services (such as our form handler, messaging, and email providers) and retained only as long as needed to follow up with you, to operate the messaging program, or as required for legitimate business records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your choices
You're in control of your information. At any time you can:
- Ask what information we hold about you;
- Ask us to correct or delete it;
- Reply STOP to any text message to stop receiving texts;
- Tell us to stop contacting you — and we will.

Cookies
This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies of its own. Any cookies present are limited to those our hosting platform may use for basic functionality and security.
Children
This site and our services are intended for businesses and the adults who run them. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
If we update this policy, we'll revise the "last updated" date above. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
