Who we are
IROS Systems LLC builds revenue-recovery infrastructure for local service businesses. Part of that platform sends transactional and relationship text messages and emails to a business's own customers on that business's behalf. Where those messages are involved, IROS Systems acts as the technology and messaging provider; the business you interact with remains responsible for its relationship with you.
Using this site
You may use this site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to misuse it, interfere with its normal operation, attempt to access it in an unauthorized way, or use it to violate any applicable law. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the site at any time.
Text messaging (SMS) terms
These terms apply to the SMS program IROS Systems operates on behalf of the local service businesses that use our platform.
- Consent & opt-in. You receive text messages only because you opted in with a business that uses IROS — for example, by providing your mobile number and agreeing to receive texts on an intake, registration, or sign-up form. Messages are sent from the business to its own customers; we do not send messages to people who have not opted in.
- Message types. Messages may include appointment reminders and confirmations, recall or re-care notices, service and treatment follow-ups, and related account or service notifications.
- Frequency. Message frequency varies based on your activity with the business.
- Cost. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan and carrier.
- Opt-out. You can reply STOP to any message at any time to stop receiving texts. After you send STOP, you may receive a single confirmation that you have been unsubscribed.
- Help. Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or email hello@irossystems.com.
- Privacy. Mobile opt-in information — including your phone number and your consent — is never shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy.
Message delivery
IROS Systems is not responsible for any delays, failures in delivery, or other issues arising from the transmission or receipt of text messages. Delivery depends on effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed by IROS Systems. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use our site or services to send unlawful, harassing, deceptive, or infringing content, to transmit malware, or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system or data. We may suspend access for conduct that violates these terms or applicable law.
Intellectual property
The content, design, and software on this site are owned by IROS Systems LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from them without our permission, except as allowed by law.
Disclaimers
This site and our services are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Limitation of liability
